Meet Hayden: Passionate builder and director
Our founder and director, Hayden, leads Resolute Construction with an energy for building that goes beyond just work. Growing up on a dairy farm in the Manawatu, Hayden developed a strong work ethic and a diverse set of practical skills.
His journey began with a building apprenticeship and a deep-seated love for the craft. After gaining his carpentry qualification in 2005, Hayden spent five years overseas honing his skills across the UK, Europe, South America, Canada, and the USA.
Upon returning to New Zealand, he settled in Wellington, working as a Foreman for Five Star Construction, where he gained invaluable project management experience. In 2016, alongside his wife Amie, Hayden founded Resolute Construction with the vision of creating healthier, high-quality homes.
